ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE - ACCOUNTING - Full Time

High school graduate or equivalent.  Job duties include but are not limited to, reconciliations, reports, journal entries, accounts payable, maintain worksheets for audit, various calculations, etc. Responsible for the distribution of hospital mail, scanning and recording of all mail checks, preparation of vending deposits, routine data entry, scanning of accounting documents, distribution of checks, and other assigned duties. Applicant should be computer literate. Knowledge of Word, Excel and AS400 preferred. Should be able to functions with little supervision and complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner. ACCREDITATION AND INFECTION CONTROL MANAGER - Full Time

Health related clinical training and/or experience required. Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in nursing or its equivalent. Five years experience as a nurse manager, supervisor, nurse educator or a staff nurse required. On going education through seminars, audio conferences, workshops, journals, etc. required to maintain a level of expertise. Healthcare Professional Certification in Healthcare required after one year in the management role. Will be responsible for the organizing and directing of a comprehensive accreditation program to assure continual compliance to the healthcare standards put forth by DNV on Accreditation of Healthcare, as well as other regulatory organizations such as CMS and ISO. The manager will assist other departments in planning, preparing and maintaining performance improvement activities. Responsible for informing the department directors of standards required by the accrediting agency and recommending changes to enhance a public trust of the hospital for payments made in return for services rendered. DIRECTOR - IMAGING SERVICES- Full Time

Seeking Director of Radiology who will provide leadership and oversight of department operations and employees.   A bachelor’s degree along with being a graduate of accredited radiologic technologist program and ARRT in radiography are position requirements.   Ideal candidate will be ARRT registered in two or more modalities.   MS license is required.   A minimum of five years’ supervisory experience in Radiology is preferred.   Position requires on-call responsibilities. DIRECTOR - RESPIRATORY SERVICES - Full Time

Responsible for overseeing the department operations of respiratory therapy, neurodiagnostics, center for sleep medicine, pulmonary wellness, and cardio-pulmonary diagnostics in addition to the arterial blood gas laboratory within OCH.  Must be familiar with federal and state regulations for operation of these departments as well as being the primary catalyst for accreditation of these services.  Works closely with administration in creating and monitoring compliance with department budgets.  Provides input for strategic initiative planning for the departments.  Reports to Chief Operations Officer.  Minimum of five (5) years' experience as a registered respiratory therapist, with at least two (2) of those in a supervisory position and/or Bachelor's degree in a College of Science or College of Business.
