CHIEF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OFFICER- INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY – Full-Time

BS in a technology related field with seven or more years in an IT leadership role.  Masters degree preferred.  Oversee, manage, coordinate, and execute all aspects of the ITS department.  Review and make recommendations to implement new hardware and software solutions.  Protect the organization from cyber-attacks and create a secure environment for all electronic operations.  The director serves as the HIPAA Security Officer.  The director must stay current and be proficient in network infrastructure and have a strategic plan that can keep OCH in the best technology while being fiscally responsible.  The director must foster a team approach and work closely with all hospital departments, participate in short/long-term hospital strategic planning, work on the department’s capitol and operation budgets, provide continuing education for employees, and understand state/local government purchasing rules.  The position reports directly to the Administrator/CEO.  (posted 8/20/18)

DENIAL SPECIALIST I – INSURANCE & TECHNICAL BILLING – Full Time

Four year degree (or equivalent experience) in healthcare related field required.  Prior auditing experience preferred.  Experience with PCs, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and database software applications is desired.  Understanding of coding strategies, DRGs, DNV standards and HIPAA.  Will work with Information Technology Systems and Health Information Management to extract necessary data to perform ongoing analysis of all account based, reimbursement transactions for accuracy.  Contact insurance companies to have adjustments processed if payments are not in accordance with the contract.  Make recommendations to prevent future case losses.  Accelerate appeals of denied claims. MEDICAL STAFF COORDINATOR – MEDICAL STAFF – Full Time
