SAFE@HOME

Safe@Home is a 90-minute program that teaches students 10 - 13 how to practice safe habits, how to prevent unsafe situations, and what to do when faced with dangers such as power failures or weather emergencies. Students are also introduced to the Safe Sitter® First Aid Chart and learn a system to help them assess and respond to injuries and illnesses.

A great deal of information is presented in a short period of time during Safe Sitter® courses. We want every child to succeed in the course, and we will work with you to make alternate plans if your child has difficulty keeping up. Please let us know if there is anything about your child that we should know to help your child succeed.
