Employee of the Quarter Nomination
The Employee of the Quarter is an award designed to recognize outstanding contributions of an employee who has exhibited responsible behavior, performed above and beyond the call of duty and has promoted OCH Regional Medical Center in a good light. Any employee in good standing is eligible for Employee of the Quarter if the following requirements are met: 1.) He/She has been employed at OCH for at least one year. 2.) He/She is not currently on the Employee of the Quarter Committee. 3.) He/She strives to meet the standards set forth in the Employee of the Quarter guidelines.
