DENIAL SPECIALIST I – INSURANCE & TECHNICAL BILLING – Full Time

Four year degree (or equivalent experience) in healthcare related field required.  Prior auditing experience preferred.  Experience with PCs, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and database software applications is desired.  Understanding of coding strategies, DRGs, DNV standards and HIPAA.  Will work with Information Technology Systems and Health Information Management to extract necessary data to perform ongoing analysis of all account based, reimbursement transactions for accuracy.  Contact insurance companies to have adjustments processed if payments are not in accordance with the contract.  Make recommendations to prevent future case losses.  Accelerate appeals of denied claims. LPN II – AMBULATORY SURGERY –  Full time
