WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
All OCH patients and guests are welcome to park anywhere on the hospital’s campus except where designated otherwise. For your convenience, OCH has a four-tier parking garage located adjacent to the West Tower.
WHAT ARE THE VISITING HOURS?
Regular visiting hours are 7 a.m. until 9 p.m.
After 9 p.m., visitors must enter through the emergency department.
As long as accompanied by a responsible adult, siblings can visit their mother and newborn brother or sister in patient rooms during regular visiting hours — 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. daily.
For the ICU, the time is limited to the following 30 minutes intervals:
8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
12 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.
5:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
8:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN BE IN A PATIENT ROOM AT ONE TIME?
Three guests are permitted in a patient’s room at a time. On each floor, there is a waiting room where all guests are welcome to relax.
WHERE CAN I EAT ON CAMPUS?
OCH Regional Medical Center boasts two great eating locations within the hospital. From the blue plate special and grill, to our fresh salad bar, the OCH Cafeteria offers a wide variety of fantastic food to eat for all meals of the day. We also have the Daily Dose, a delicious coffee shop located in the West Tower Main Lobby which is the perfect place to get a snack during the day. Supplied by Seattle’s Best, the Daily Dose sells freshly brewed coffee and pastries to satisfy your snacking needs.
Yes, OCH Regional Medical Center has two hospitality suites. Located on the third floor, these suites provide the comfort of a hotel room without having to leave the hospital. For $65 dollars a night, no one can beat the location and the level of comfort our suites provide.
OCH Regional Medical Center provides free Wifi for all patients and guests to use. The Wifi connection is called “ochwifi.”
WHAT IS THE MEDICAL CENTER’S TOBACCO POLICY?
For the safety and health of our patients and employees, OCH Regional Medical Center is a tobacco free environment. No tobacco products are allowed within the hospital or on the hospital campus. Any offenders will be asked to leave the hospital premises immediately.
