Welcome to the OCH Regional Medical Center Diabetes Self-Management Training (DSMT) program. We are all very dedicated to providing high-quality diabetes education services to the patients we serve, and our goal is that through increased knowledge and awareness of diabetes you can assume a major part in managing your diabetes.
