MEDICAL CASE MANAGER- HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT - FT Under the Director of Health Information Management, the Case Manager (CM) is responsible for assessing, monitoring and evaluating services required to meet an individuals health care needs. Perform emergency and direct admission utilization review as well as continued stay review to ensure optimum utilization of resources, service delivery and compliance for all insurance types utilizing the InterQual intensity of service/severity of illness criteria. Must be RN with current MS license. Assist Emergency Room physicians with appropriate patient status.
